Communication, Relationships & Sex - The Programme
One of the prerequisites of having great relationships is open communication. Honest communication within the sexual arena can be one of life's difficult challenges. That is
the essence of this programme. To empower and support you to have the courage to
communicate your thoughts and feelings.
During this ten week programme you will learn skills that will increase and support your self esteem.
It will provide you with some tools and techniques that will allow you to take a more positive position within your relationships. It will also provide you with a much greater sense of self awareness which will empower you and enable you to make the right decisions for yourself.
This is a chance to find out how you are perceived by others, what is attractive, what is sexy, what works and what doesn't. An opportunity to get genuine feedback from other people and engage in open honest communication about love and friendship.
A ten week programme to talk about sex and relationships in a safe and confidential space.
Five women, five men, ten evenings in ten weeks. The sessions for the group last for two hours each Friday or Tuesday depending on the course location. Then
you can go to the pub or grab a coffee.

Cost:
South London has a per session cost of £40.00 and there is a two session deposit of £80 to secure
your place.
The dynamics of the group work better if everyone attends all the sessions. However we do understand that grandmothers die and there are work committments.
We do interview you ahead of the group which gives you 
a chance to meet us and ask questions. It is also to make sure that you get into the right group of people.
At the end of each Communication Relationships & Sex programme there will be a photo taken which will be posted on the website alongside your email if you wish. This gives all the participants of each programme access to others.
So if you haven't found the person you were looking for this gives you another chance.
There will also be a party once a year for everyone who has completed the programme a time for renewing friendships, rekindling romance maybe and meeting new friends.
